Website developer : 李峰 Li Feng / Michael
Michael has a strong passion for and dedication to preserving the environment - both the built and natural. A large majority of his spare time is volunteered helping organizations in Beijing - apart from STC he is very involved with helping to preserve Beijing’s Hutongs and Courtyard Houses from demolition through http://www.hutongren.org.
During the day he is a talented young software developer living and working in Beijing. Michael was one of the earliest supporters of STC and built the backend of the website from scratch. Since then he has been involved with the ongoing development of the site and an active participant in STC events.
Research : Florian Lorenz
With degrees in landscape architecture and planning as well as ecology and a wealth of knowledge gained in numerous European cities, Florian is our research maestro. He lived in New York observing the city’s attempts at becoming more bike friendly (who said it wasn’t possible in large world cities ? ) and previously in the bike heaven Copenhagen. Florian has a strong interest in the city and sustainability and is heading STC’s ongoing research efforts in these areas.

Dupree is a native Beijinger with a passion for bikes. He recently started interning as a 'do everything man' at Natooke bike shop and is now almost as popular as its famous owner (and co-founder of STC) Ines. Between thinking about which colored components best match his dream bike he translates the site from English to Chinese and assists with our events whenever he can.
